Jands manufacture a range of standard metal products for installation and touring applications.

Designed primarily for the professional audio and lighting market, the range of Jands sheet metal products provide useful solutions to many theatrical and entertainment applications.

The product line covers an extensive range of standard 19 inch Equipment Racks and accessories, pre-punched front and rear panels, with trays and drawers to suit. A full set of mounting hardware is also available. Additionally, Jands offer other innovative products such as “Roobars”, Field Plates, Stage Boxes, and a range of SB series wall mount box systems.

  • Jands manufacture a range of Equipment Racks including: Ready Racks (ready-to-go 19” equipment racks); Performance Racks (light duty 19” equipment racks); Professional Racks (heavy duty 19” equipment racks for fixed installations); Touring Racks (heavy duty 19” equipment racks for touring use) as well as Rack Accessories including rack mount pre-punched panels, blank panels, shelves and drawers.

    The Jands Roobar is an innovative stackable steel ‘rollcage’ designed to protect 19" rack mounted equipment. The design allows for unimpeded airflow and is a lightweight and tough alternative to wooden racks and sleeves.

    The Jands range of SB series wall boxes and field plates are designed for applications requiring a high quality, durable cable termination system. Both surface and flush style boxes are available in five sizes to accommodate from one to five standard size SB field plates. Plates are available to suit AXR, BNC, Neutrik D and other styles of connectors.

    Stage Boxes

  • Jands ‘R’ type stage boxes are suitable for installation and touring applications. The front panels are made from folded and punched 1.2mm steel with the bases made from 3mm thick aluminium. The boxes feature numerically labelled front panels (except 40 and 56 way). Jands ‘R’ type stage boxes are suitable for use with AXR connectors. Supplied with cable entry glands and rubber feet.

    Outback Rigging System

  • Flying System for JBL EON Loudspeakers.

    The Jands Outback Rigging System is a bracket designed to support JBL EON Series loudspeakers. The bracket allows for orientation of the loudspeaker both horizontally and vertically. Note that a safety chain and the supplied fixing bolts must be used at all time.
