Biography

Talent Development Project (TDP) is an organisation, founded in 1992, which provides talented young performers with unique entertainment industry training and experience.

TDP discovers, develops and opens the doors for a career in the entertainment industry.

Only the best are chosen to take the stage before industry heavyweights at the glittering graduation concert.

Each month, renowned industry figures counsel and mentor at master classes conducted at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. These workshops are free and include vital education for careers in show business. Consultants come from all areas of the entertainment industry and include representatives from Record Companies, A&R, Artist Management, Legal, Business, and PR, as well as profile performers and past TDP graduates.

Along the way, TDP students perform at major corporate and government events and in the acclaimed School Spectacular.

Letter Of Appreciation

Dear Jands

Thank you doesn't seem enough for the support you so graciously give the TDP.

The students left with a huge smile on their faces yesterday clutching their black bag like it was filled with gold. I think perhaps, to them, it was.

The wonderful gift of a microphone is a crucial element needed to take them to the next level of performance.

Jands, thanks to you, these incredibly talented young people are another step closer to achieving their dream of becoming professional performers.

For many of them the journey will be long and challenging, but your commitment and passion keeps them motivated and on the track.

The TDP Board, team, and students are forever grateful of your generosity and support.

Warmest regards

Kim Lemke

Thank you

Dear Jands

I'm one of the two singer/songwriters who received the fantastic wireless guitar system and headphones from Jands at our TDP graduation concert on Monday night (6.8.12).

I just wanted to send you something to say thank you so much for the wonderful gift your company has given me. It was a fantastic surprise on the night and it will be so helpful for me in furthering my music career, in both my live performance and recording endeavours.

Thank you very much to both you and your company for your overwhelming generosity and continual support of the Talent Development Project. I'm so humbled to have been the one chosen as the recipient and very appreciative. I can't wait to put the gift to use!

Warm regards and thanks again
Imogen
